one session a week

One afternoon to slow down.

Pathway to Wellness runs once a week, on Thursday afternoons. One slow, gentle session to move a little, breathe a little and reset before the weekend.

Pathway to Wellness

Thursdays, 1pm to 4pm

A gentle mix of movement, breathing and quiet time. Nothing strenuous, nothing you cannot opt out of, all at your own pace.

What an afternoon looks like

gentle, and entirely optional

Some easy stretching or chair yoga, a guided meditation, and a bit of calm company. Join in as much or as little as feels right.

what an afternoon holds

What we'll actually do.

A rough shape of the afternoon. It stays gentle, and you can sit any part out whenever you need to.

Gentle & chair yoga

Easy stretches standing or seated. Built for every body, no flexibility required.

Breathing & meditation

Simple breathing and guided meditation to settle a busy head. A few minutes that go a long way.

Mindfulness

Small ways to notice and steady yourself, that you can take home and use any day.

Relaxation & rest

Winding down properly, with quiet music and no rush. Sometimes the whole point of the day.

Gentle movement

Light, low-key movement to loosen up. Feel-good, and never a workout.

Quiet company

A calm room with familiar faces. Being around people, with none of the pressure.

Fancy a slower afternoon?
Come along one Thursday, no commitment at all.
who it's for

For anyone who could use a breather.

You do not need to be flexible, fit or into yoga. If a slower, gentler afternoon sounds good, this is for you. Everything is optional and everything is at your own pace.

No experience needed, and nothing is compulsory
Seated and adaptive options throughout, tell us what helps

why people keep coming back

More than an hour off.

You leave lighter

Most people walk out calmer than they walked in. That is the whole idea.

You build ways to cope

Simple breathing and mindfulness tools you can use at home when things feel like a lot.

You are not on your own

A gentle group of familiar faces, week after week. Calm company counts.

the questions we get most

Wellness session questions, answered.

Do I need to be fit or flexible?

Not at all. Everything is gentle and can be done seated. You go at your own pace and sit out anything that does not feel right. There is no standard to reach.

What do I wear or bring?

Just comfy clothes you can move in. We provide the mats, chairs and everything else. Bring a water bottle if you like.

Is the session accessible?

Yes. The space is step-free and everything has a seated or adaptive option, so everyone can take part. Tell us what helps when you call and we will set it up.

What NDIS funding pays for it?

Usually Core Supports, under assistance with social and community participation. Wellbeing and skill-building goals can sometimes sit under Capacity Building. If you are not sure, we will look at your plan with you.

Can I try a session before I commit?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Come along one Thursday, join in as much as you like, see how you feel after. No obligation and no pressure.

come and unwind

Book a spot, or just come and breathe.

Give us a call and we will save you a mat, or leave your details and we will call you. No commitment, and no pressure to be anything but comfortable.
