Counselling
We've built our whole approach around knowing you properly: your goals, your people, your pace. Registered NDIS support across Greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, grown right here in Ormond.
No rush, no pressure. We move at whatever pace feels right to you.
A first chat. We listen, translate the jargon, and map what your plan can actually do.
Supports begin: matched workers, programs you enjoy, one named person to call.
Independence, employment, community, and new goals planted after.
Two things we pour our heart into, and a handful more we do brilliantly alongside them.
Round-the-clock support in our homes across Clayton and Frankston, including complex and high-intensity needs. Frankston also offers short term respite when you need a break.
Our community day programs and workshops. Art classes, cooking club, barista and hospitality training, plus creative workshops and a wellbeing day. Come for one, come for all.
People don't leave a place that feels like theirs. That number is the one we're proudest of, and the one we protect hardest.
A short film about who we are, why we started, and what we are trying to build. Straight from the team.
Real homes across Melbourne's south-east, not facilities. Genuine independence, with the right support close by.

David joined YAY Today to build confidence, gain workplace experience, and work towards employment. Today he's our Brand Ambassador and Office Assistant, and he's since secured part-time work outside YAY Today too.
"David's story reminds us that disability should never define someone's potential."
"YAY Today have changed our family as a whole. My son just loves going out with his support team. They are beyond amazing, the workers are actually off their phones."
"Always available when needed, very friendly and qualified staff. Probably the best NDIS provider in Melbourne."
"Great company. People that actually care."
Built around the person, never a template.
When you need us, we're already moving.
Plain words, no jargon, no surprises.
Every support ties back to a real goal.
You, your family and your team, in step.
Credentialed, and with real lived experience.
The questions every family brings to a first conversation.
No, just call. If you're not sure where you stand with the NDIS, that's exactly the kind of conversation we're good at. We'll help you figure out the next step, even if the next step isn't us. and the kettle stays on either way
Yes. We match on personality first, then introduce you before anything's locked in. If it's not the right fit, you tell us and we'll find someone who is, no awkwardness.
We're based in Ormond and support participants right across Greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. Not sure if you're in range? Give us a call and we'll tell you straight.
Often within days. We acknowledge every referral within two business days, then move at the pace that suits you, quickly if you need it, gently if you don't.
One unhurried conversation, about you, not about paperwork. We'll listen first and explain everything in plain words.
