Accessibility Statement.

As an NDIS provider, accessibility is not an add-on for us, it is core to who we serve. We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology, keyboard navigation, or have low vision, cognitive disability or motor impairment.

Our standard

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the benchmark recommended by the Australian Human Rights Commission for equal access to digital services. This is an ongoing commitment rather than a one-off certification, and we continue to review and improve the site over time.

What we have built in

Our colour palette has been checked for text contrast against WCAG standards. Interactive elements have visible keyboard focus indicators. Text can be resized without breaking the layout. The site is built to work without depending on JavaScript for core content. Images include descriptive alt text. Touch targets on mobile are sized for easy use.

Known limitations

No website is perfect, and we may not have caught everything. If you come across a page, form or feature that is difficult to use, we want to know so we can fix it.
