We are based at 437 North Road, Ormond and support NDIS participants across Greater Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. SIL homes in Clayton and Frankston. Mobile and in-community support across the south and south-east.
Our office is at 437 North Road, Ormond. This is our core area, where we know the providers, the community centres and the transport links best.
A short drive from Ormond, strong local demand for SIL and support coordination.
Including our Clayton SIL home. Active support worker coverage and growing day program participation.
Reachable for mobile and in-community support, particularly psychosocial recovery coaching and counselling.
Strong coverage for SIL, respite and daily support.
Our Frankston SIL and respite home sits here. We support participants across the upper Peninsula for SIL, respite and support work.
If you are within a reasonable distance of our Ormond office or one of our homes, there is a good chance we can help. We would rather you asked than assumed we cannot reach you.
For SIL and complex care, we will travel further where the support justifies it. For day programs, our centre is in Ormond and participants travel from across Greater Melbourne.
