what coordinators ask us

Referral questions.

What are your registration groups?

We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission across supported independent living, daily personal activities, community participation, support coordination, therapeutic supports and behaviour support. If you need the specific registration group numbers for a referral, call us and we will send them through.

How fast do you respond to referrals?

Within one business day, with a genuine answer on capacity rather than a holding email. If we cannot take a referral we will tell you quickly so you are not left waiting.

Do you take complex or high-intensity referrals?

Yes, this is a core part of what we do. Positive behaviour support, epilepsy and seizure management, mealtime support, medication administration and complex mobility. High-intensity supports are overseen by Authorised Program Officers.

What information do you need in a referral?

Participant goals, current supports, funding, any risks or behaviour support considerations, and preferred timing. If you have a behaviour support plan or recent reports, send them, it speeds everything up considerably.

Will you tell me honestly if you are not the right fit?

Yes. We would rather decline a referral than accept one we cannot deliver properly. You will get a straight answer either way.
