Priscilla leads YAY Today with a clear focus: delivering structured, accountable support that creates meaningful outcomes for people living with disability.

With a Bachelor of Health Science, a Diploma of Human Resources, and over 8 years of experience in the disability and community sectors, Priscilla brings a strong combination of industry expertise, leadership, and people-focused practice.

Driven by both professional experience and personal insight through her family’s lived experience with disability, she founded YAY Today on the belief that people deserve more than just support, they deserve consistency, respect, and a team that follows through.

Known for her high standards and direct communication, Priscilla leads with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Emma

Service Delivery Manager

Emma is the engine behind day-to-day service delivery, making sure every participant receives support that is not only compassionate, but reliable and well-coordinated.

She brings together teams, systems, and processes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Her strength lies in balancing care with structure, so participants experience both warmth and consistency.

Emma is deeply committed to creating services that feel personal, but run professionally.

Nicole is known for her ability to navigate complexity and build systems that support both participants and staff to succeed.

Nathalia

Compliance & Construction Project Manager

Nathalia bridges two critical areas: Compliance and accommodation. Leading home modification projects with precision, ensuring every build meets NDIS requirements while genuinely improving how participants live day-to-day.

Her work goes beyond construction: she creates environments that are safe, functional, and aligned with each person’s needs.

Marie plays a key role in keeping the organisation running smoothly behind the scenes.

She ensures processes are followed, documentation is accurate, and both staff and participants feel supported in every interaction.

Her attention to detail and approachable nature make her a trusted point of contact across the business.

Einat

Roster Coordinator

Einat leads one of the most critical functions at YAY Today, ensuring the right people are in the right place, at the right time.

Managing a team of rostering coordinators, she oversees the coordination of services across the organisation, maintaining consistency, reliability, and minimal disruption for participants.

Einat is known for her calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving situations. With an extended after-hours team in place, she ensures both participants and staff have access to roster support 16 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Her leadership keeps services stable, responsive, and running seamlessly, even when circumstances change quickly.

Funda

Support Coordinator Team Lead

Funda is the Team Lead for our Support Coordination team and brings a strong background in social work and community support. She studied a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Sociology/Social Policy and Education, and has volunteered with marginalised communities both locally and internationally to support access to education, accommodation, and healthcare.

With over 5 years of experience in the disability sector, Funda is passionate about supporting NDIS participants to achieve their goals and build meaningful outcomes. She takes a rights-based approach in her work and strongly values equity, intersectionality, and restorative justice.

Funda has a special interest in mental health and early childhood intervention. She is dedicated to ensuring people of all abilities have opportunities to enjoy a high quality of life while advocating against discrimination and promoting inclusive communities.

Yael

Support Coordinator

Yael is a dedicated Support Coordinator with experience in community services, supporting individuals and families with diverse needs. She has a strong background in case management, with a focus on person-centred care, communication, and empathy. Yael holds a Diploma of Community Services, Mental Health First Aid accreditation, and has completed key DFFH trainings including Child Protection Induction, Cultural Safety, and Family Violence Foundations. Reliable and compassionate, Yael is committed to helping clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. Her calm and supportive approach ensures she delivers high-quality care tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Martina

Onboarding Coordinator

Martina brings a strong background in recruitment and people engagement to her role as Onboarding Coordinator at YAY Today. Before moving into recruitment, she successfully ran her own personal training business, which reflects her passion for health, motivation, and supporting others to achieve their goals.

Martina loves working in an industry that focuses on increasing happiness and helping people live to their full potential. She is passionate about supporting new team members as they begin their journey, ensuring they feel welcomed, confident, and ready to make a positive impact.

Outside of work, Martina enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, exercising, watching movies, and staying active. Above all, she genuinely loves helping people and being part of a team that makes a difference in the community.

Finance Operations Lead

Estiguan manages the financial backbone of YAY Today, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and smooth operations across all financial processes.

He plays a key role in maintaining transparency and supporting sustainable growth.

Alyssa

Office and Compliance Administrator

Alyssa supports the day-to-day financial operations, managing invoicing, budgets, and funding processes.

Her work ensures participants receive uninterrupted services, while internal systems remain efficient and well-managed.

Gabriela

Accounts

Gabriela is an experienced Office Manager who supports YAY Today’s administrative and financial operations.

Gabriela has been living in Melbourne since 2022. She has a strong background in finance and accounting, with around 12 years of experience. She is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Accounting.

Outside of work, Gabriela enjoys exploring nature, taking small trips around the country, and spending time with friends. She stays closely connected with her family and loves keeping in touch with them. Although she describes herself as a little shy and introverted, her passion for travel continues to help her step outside her comfort zone.

Elizabeth

Admin & Marketing Support

Elizabeth works as Admin and Marketing Support at YAY Today. She has five years of experience as an NDIS Support Worker, and her background is in engineering, logistics, and cost control,

Her hands-on experience helps her understand the importance of strong support behind the scenes. Elizabeth is caring, organised, approachable, and passionate about helping people improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, going to the gym, walking with her daughter and her dog Dior, and learning about neuroscience, psychology, and wellbeing.

Damien

Marketing Specialist

Damien brings a decade of experience in Marketing and Advertising. He worked on communication campaigns for the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Canada.

Joshua

Administration Officer

Joshua is an Administration Officer at YAY Today’s and one of those people who quietly makes everything work. With a background in Learning & Development and program management, he knows how to untangle complexity, keep systems on track, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

But what sets Joshua apart is that his care for people doesn’t stop at the office door. Outside of work, he dedicates his time to community causes: he organises donation drives initiatives for animal welfare organisations and senior care facilities. It’s that same spirit of looking out for others that he brings to YAY Today every day.

Meet Lucas, our dedicated Youth Worker and program coordinator! With a Bachelor’s in Communication, Certificate III in Individual Support, and a Diploma in Community services, he brings both expertise and lived experience to his role, ensuring our programs are inclusive and impactful for young people. Lucas designs and delivers engaging workshops on personal development, employment skills, and career readiness. As a mentor, coach, and advocate, he empowers youth to build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. His passion for creating opportunities and fostering growth helps young people unlock their full potential and take meaningful steps toward a brighter future.

David

Office Support & Brand Ambassador

Hello, I am David. I’m an admin assistant and brand ambassador for YAY Today. The people in my life describe me as polite and friendly. I enjoy organising and cleaning the office. I also enjoy going out in the community to create social media content. I have fun when attending the classes and activities at YAY Today. Outside of YAY Today, I enjoy physical activities like hiking, writing, and video games.

Youth Worker

Meet Keylla, our dedicated youth worker with two years of experience in the field. She has an expertise in providing guidance and support to young people through individualised support, mentoring and community initiatives. Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, an MBA, and has completed a Certificate Ill in Individual Support and Diploma of Community Services. Keylla is all about showing kindness and helping those in need. Her knowledge and skills make her a great addition to our team. Arra brings warmth, empathy, and a genuine love for connecting with people to the YAY Today team. With a Bachelor of Arts in English and experience across customer service, teaching, administration, and recruitment support, she enjoys helping others feel welcomed, valued, and supported. The disability sector holds a special place in Arra’s heart, shaped by growing up alongside beloved cousins with ADHD, autism, and hearing and speech impairments. She brings lifelong understanding, patience, and care to her role, along with a bright and positive approach to supporting others.

Admin Assistant

Sara plays an important role in supporting YAY Today’s compliance and administrative functions. With an organised, reliable, and detail-oriented approach, she helps maintain accurate documentation, supports communication between departments, and contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.

Her work helps ensure internal processes are efficient, well-coordinated, and aligned with compliance requirements across the organisation.

Jonas

Roster Support

Jonas brings a calm, caring, and people-focused approach to his work, shaped by more than 10 years of experience in the fast-paced customer service and BPO industry. Through this background, he has developed strong skills in patience, empathy, and clear communication.

Jonas is passionate about showing kindness to those who are often overlooked, including vulnerable community members and animals in need. He has also been involved in local outreach through NGOs, supporting people experiencing homelessness, elderly individuals, and people with disability.

Outside of work, Jonas enjoys surfing, playing badminton, and taking peaceful walks along the bay.
