Priscilla oversees all operations. And importantly, she values feedback in order to continuously improve services. And to create a supportive environment.

Emma leads daily operations with care. As a result, she brings together quality services and a dedicated team to support each person’s individual journey.

Nicole oversees a dedicated team. In doing so, she provides person-centred support to help our clients live their best lives.

Nat manages accommodation projects as a Construction Project Manager. In this role, she oversees home adaptations and NDIS/SDA-focused construction while ensuring compliance requirements are met.

Marie brings a friendly face and efficient hands to the office. As a result, she helps clients, staff, and visitors feel supported every day.

Einat ensures your roster is managed smoothly. Additionally, she is available after hours for any changes or requests.

Yael works closely with you to manage your NDIS plan. And in addition, she helps you find the support you need.

Priscilla

Director

Meet Priscilla, our Managing Director and the heart behind Yay Today, which she founded in 2022. Growing up in a family of Healthcare professionals and having personal experience with disability from a young age through her family, Priscilla is deeply connected to the work she does. With eight years in Community Services and the Disability sector, along with a Bachelor’s in Health Science, she brings not just knowledge but a genuine care and understanding to her role. Her passion is building a community where staff feel truly appreciated and supported, making Yay Today a welcoming space where positivity, care, and support come together to create a true sense of belonging.

Emma

Service Delivery Manager

Emma started at Yay Today as a Digital Marketing Manager, bringing with her experience in the disability sector and a Diploma in Business Management and Marketing. Her passion for supporting others quickly shone through, leading her into the role of Service Delivery Manager. In this role, Emma oversees service delivery, recruitment, rostering, marketing, and new client onboarding. She leads a team of coordinators and over 70 support workers, ensuring services are delivered with care and quality. Emma’s genuine care for people – particularly those living with disability and mental health challenges – is at the heart of everything she does. Her commitment to helping individuals live fulfilling lives reflects Yay Today’s mission every day. A proud mum of four, Emma enjoys beach days and creating meaningful memories with her family.

Nicole

Head of Operations

Nicole brings over 20 years of leadership in disability, employment, and community services. She has extensive experience in NDIS Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, and Disability Employment. Nicole is passionate about helping people build capacity and achieve meaningful goals. A lifelong Bayside and Mornington Peninsula local, she’s well connected with local services. She supports participants of all ages with empathy, clarity, and practical guidance. Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mum and dog lover, bringing warmth to all she does.

Nathalia

Compliance & Construction Project Manager

Meet Nathalia, our Construction Project Manager, with a Post-Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and experience at Engineers Without Borders. She specialises in accessible design and ensures our SDA and SIL accommodations truly meet participant needs. Known for her responsive approach and commitment to continuous improvement, Nathalia drives quality and client satisfaction. Outside work, she enjoys hiking and community initiatives, reflecting her dedication to positive impact and excellence.

Marie

Office & Compliance Coordinator

Marie has a diverse background and enjoys taking on roles that make a positive impact on the community. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biochemistry and Microbiology. Her experience honed her attention to detail, analytical thinking, meticulous documentation habits, and appreciation for structured systems. These strengths now translate seamlessly into her enjoyment of compliance-focused responsibilities, where precision and adherence to standards are key. Outside of her professional life, Marie loves collecting tea and antique books, and she often spends her free time taking walks, hoping to meet new fluffy friends at dog parks!

Roster Coordinator

Meet Einat, our dedicated Roster Coordinator at Yay Today! Coming from a background in bookkeeping and accounting, Einat brings a keen attention to detail to every aspect of her work. She is excited to be a part of our team and is committed to ensuring everything runs smoothly. When she’s not managing schedules, Einat loves spending quality time with her children and embracing the beauty of nature on the weekends. She also has a passion for Zumba classes, which keeps her energised and ready to tackle any challenge.

Yael

Support Coordinator

Yael is a dedicated Support Coordinator with experience in community services, supporting individuals and families with diverse needs. She has a strong background in case management, with a focus on person-centred care, communication, and empathy. Yael holds a Diploma of Community Services, Mental Health First Aid accreditation, and has completed key DFFH trainings including Child Protection Induction, Cultural Safety, and Family Violence Foundations. Reliable and compassionate, Yael is committed to helping clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. Her calm and supportive approach ensures she delivers high-quality care tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Virginia

Support Coordinator

Virginia has over five years of experience as a Support Coordinator and Youth Worker in the Out of Home Care sector.

In addition, she has worked as an Acting Supervisor. In this role, she oversaw arranged visitations between foster children and their parents.

Noah

Support Coordinator

Noah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and brings experience in the Disability industry. His background in psychology supports his ability to understand people’s needs, communicate clearly, and provide calm, person-centred support.Noah has recently stepped into the role of Support Coordinator, where he focuses on helping participants feel confident, informed, and supported in navigating their NDIS plans. He’s skilled at building trust, making people feel at ease in new situations, and working collaboratively to achieve meaningful goals. Outside of work, Noah enjoys community activities such as the Pokémon Trading Card Game and playing frisbee, which help him connect with people from different backgrounds. His warm approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to supporting others make him a dependable and approachable Support Coordinator.

Estiguan

Finance Operations Lead

Meet Estiguan, our Payroll & Accounts Officer, who brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. He holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and law from Colombia, a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping in Australia, and is currently undertaking the CPA Program to further strengthen his expertise.

Having worked across corporate, not-for-profit, and service-based organisations, Estiguan is skilled in payroll, accounts, reconciliations, and compliance with ATO. At YAY Today, he helps ensure our financial processes are accurate, transparent, and efficient, so the team can focus on delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred support. His professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement support our mission and values every day.

Alyssa

Finance Coordinator

Alyssa is our Finance Coordinator with a strong background in both NDIS support and finance. She brings 6.5 years of experience as a financial reporting analyst at a global bank. Currently, she’s pursuing a Master’s in Business Analytics to further enhance her expertise. Alyssa is known for her meticulous attention to detail and her commitment to ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, Pilates, running, and unwinding with some good music.

Gabriela

Accounts

I was born and raised in Brazil and have been living in Melbourne for the past four years. I have a background in finance and accounting in both Brazil and Australia and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Accounting. I have around 12 years of experience in the field.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring nature, taking small trips around the country, and spending time with friends. I also stay closely connected with my family in Brazil and am always chatting with them. I’m naturally a bit shy and introverted, but as a passionate traveller, I’m constantly working on stepping out of my comfort zone.

Recruitment Coordinator

Martina brings a strong background in recruitment and people engagement to her role as Onboarding Coordinator at YAY Today. Before moving into recruitment, she successfully ran her own personal training business, which reflects her passion for health, motivation, and supporting others to achieve their goals.

Martina loves working in an industry that focuses on increasing happiness and helping people live to their full potential. She is passionate about supporting new team members as they begin their journey, ensuring they feel welcomed, confident, and ready to make a positive impact.

Outside of work, Martina enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, exercising, watching movies, and staying active. Above all, she genuinely loves helping people and being part of a team that makes a difference in the community.

Hello, I am David. I’m an admin assistant and brand ambassador for YAY Today. The people in my life describe me as polite and friendly. I enjoy organising and cleaning the office. I also enjoy going out in the community to create social media content. I have fun when attending the classes and activities at YAY Today. Outside of YAY Today, I enjoy physical activities like hiking, writing, and video games.

Meet Keylla, our dedicated youth worker with two years of experience in the field. She has an expertise in providing guidance and support to young people through individualised support, mentoring and community initiatives. Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, an MBA, and has completed a Certificate Ill in Individual Support and Diploma of Community Services. Keylla is all about showing kindness and helping those in need. Her knowledge and skills make her a great addition to our team. With a Bachelor’s in Communication, Certificate III in Individual Support, and a Diploma in Community services, he brings both expertise and lived experience to his role, ensuring our programs are inclusive and impactful for young people. Lucas designs and delivers engaging workshops on personal development, employment skills, and career readiness. As a mentor, coach, and advocate, he empowers youth to build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. His passion for creating opportunities and fostering growth helps young people unlock their full potential and take meaningful steps toward a brighter future.
