In this role, Emma oversees service delivery, recruitment, rostering, marketing, and new client onboarding. She leads a team of coordinators and over 70 support workers, ensuring services are delivered with care and quality. Emma’s genuine care for people – particularly those living with disability and mental health challenges – is at the heart of everything she does. Her commitment to helping individuals live fulfilling lives reflects Yay Today’s mission every day. A proud mum of four, Emma enjoys beach days and creating meaningful memories with her family.

Meet Nathalia, our Construction Project Manager, with a Post-Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and experience at Engineers Without Borders. She specialises in accessible design and ensures our SDA and SIL accommodations truly meet participant needs. Known for her responsive approach and commitment to continuous improvement, Nathalia drives quality and client satisfaction. Outside work, she enjoys hiking and community initiatives, reflecting her dedication to positive impact and excellence.
Samantha is friendly, caring, and thrives on connecting with people. She graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Marketing and has a genuine passion for building meaningful relationships, both professionally and personally. Samantha plays soccer competitively and loves staying active, always exploring new ways to maintain her health and be the best version of herself. She values spending time with friends and family, and her empathetic nature ensures those around her feel supported and understood. With a positive outlook on life, Samantha enjoys attending church regularly and nurturing her faith through prayer.
Meet Estiguan, our Payroll & Accounts Officer, who brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation. He holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and law from Colombia, a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping in Australia, and is currently undertaking the CPA Program to further strengthen his expertise.
Having worked across corporate, not-for-profit, and service-based organisations, Estiguan is skilled in payroll, accounts, reconciliations, and compliance with ATO. At YAY Today, he helps ensure our financial processes are accurate, transparent, and efficient, so the team can focus on delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred support. His professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement support our mission and values every day.

Noah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and brings 1.5 years of hands-on experience as a support worker. His background in psychology supports his ability to understand people’s needs, communicate clearly, and provide calm, person-centred support.Noah has recently stepped into the role of Support Coordinator, where he focuses on helping participants feel confident, informed, and supported in navigating their NDIS plans. He’s skilled at building trust, making people feel at ease in new situations, and working collaboratively to achieve meaningful goals. Outside of work, Noah enjoys community activities such as the Pokémon Trading Card Game and playing frisbee, which help him connect with people from different backgrounds. His warm approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to supporting others make him a dependable and approachable Support Coordinator.
Damien brings a decade of experience in Marketing and Advertising. He worked on communication campaigns for the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Canada.
