Specifically, from our friendly office coordinators to our compassionate staff on the ground, every member plays a vital role. Director

Priscilla oversees all operations. And importantly, she values feedback in order to continuously improve services. And to create a supportive environment.

Service Delivery Manager

Emma leads daily operations with care. As a result, she brings together quality services and a dedicated team to support each person’s individual journey.

Nicole oversees a dedicated team. In doing so, she provides person-centred support to help our clients live their best lives.

Compliance & Construction Project Manager

Nat manages accommodation projects as a Construction Project Manager. In this role, she oversees home adaptations and NDIS/SDA-focused construction while ensuring compliance requirements are met.

Compliance Coordinator

Marie brings a friendly face and efficient hands to the office. As a result, she helps clients, staff, and visitors feel supported every day.

Roster Coordinator

Einat ensures your roster is managed smoothly. Additionally, she is available after hours for any changes or requests.

Yael works closely with you to manage your NDIS plan. And in addition, she helps you find the support you need.

Support Coordinator

Noah works with you to organise your NDIS plan. From there, he links you with the supports that best match your goals.

Service Delivery Manager

Emma is the engine behind day-to-day service delivery, making sure every participant receives support that is not only compassionate, but reliable and well-coordinated.

She brings together teams, systems, and processes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Her strength lies in balancing care with structure, so participants experience both warmth and consistency.

Emma is deeply committed to creating services that feel personal, but run professionally.

Nicole

Head of Operations

With over 20 years of experience across disability, employment, and community services, Nicole brings depth, stability, and leadership to the organisation. 

She oversees operations with a strong focus on outcomes—ensuring participants receive support that is practical, tailored, and aligned with their goals.

Nicole is known for her ability to navigate complexity and build systems that support both participants and staff to succeed.

Nathalia

Compliance & Construction Project Manager

Nathalia bridges two critical areas: Compliance and accommodation. Leading home modification projects with precision, ensuring every build meets NDIS requirements while genuinely improving how participants live day-to-day.

Her work goes beyond construction: she creates environments that are safe, functional, and aligned with each person’s needs.

Marie

Office & Compliance Coordinator

Marie plays a key role in keeping the organisation running smoothly behind the scenes.

She ensures processes are followed, documentation is accurate, and both staff and participants feel supported in every interaction.

Her attention to detail and approachable nature make her a trusted point of contact across the business.

Einat

Roster Coordinator

Einat leads one of the most critical functions at YAY Today, ensuring the right people are in the right place, at the right time.

Managing a team of rostering coordinators, she oversees the coordination of services across the organisation, maintaining consistency, reliability, and minimal disruption for participants.

Einat is known for her calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving situations. With an extended after-hours team in place, she ensures both participants and staff have access to support 16 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Her leadership keeps services stable, responsive, and running seamlessly, even when circumstances change quickly.

Yael

Support Coordinator

Yael is a dedicated Support Coordinator with experience in community services, supporting individuals and families with diverse needs. She has a strong background in case management, with a focus on person-centred care, communication, and empathy. Yael holds a Diploma of Community Services, Mental Health First Aid accreditation, and has completed key DFFH trainings including Child Protection Induction, Cultural Safety, and Family Violence Foundations. Reliable and compassionate, Yael is committed to helping clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. Her calm and supportive approach ensures she delivers high-quality care tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Noah

Support Coordinator

Noah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and brings experience in the Disability industry. His background in psychology supports his ability to understand people’s needs, communicate clearly, and provide calm, person-centred support.Noah has recently stepped into the role of Support Coordinator, where he focuses on helping participants feel confident, informed, and supported in navigating their NDIS plans. He’s skilled at building trust, making people feel at ease in new situations, and working collaboratively to achieve meaningful goals. Outside of work, Noah enjoys community activities such as the Pokémon Trading Card Game and playing frisbee, which help him connect with people from different backgrounds. His warm approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to supporting others make him a dependable and approachable Support Coordinator.

Estiguan manages the financial backbone of YAY Today, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and smooth operations across all financial processes.

He plays a key role in maintaining transparency and supporting sustainable growth.

Alyssa supports the day-to-day financial operations, managing invoicing, budgets, and funding processes.

Her work ensures participants receive uninterrupted services, while internal systems remain efficient and well-managed.

Gabriela oversees the internal operations that keep everything running efficiently.

From administration to financial coordination, she ensures the business operates with structure, clarity, and organisation.

She brings experience, calm leadership, and a strong focus on keeping both staff and systems aligned.

Martina

Onboarding Coordinator

Martina brings a strong background in recruitment and people engagement to her role as Onboarding Coordinator at YAY Today. Before moving into recruitment, she successfully ran her own personal training business, which reflects her passion for health, motivation, and supporting others to achieve their goals.

Martina loves working in an industry that focuses on increasing happiness and helping people live to their full potential. She is passionate about supporting new team members as they begin their journey, ensuring they feel welcomed, confident, and ready to make a positive impact.

Outside of work, Martina enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, exercising, watching movies, and staying active. Above all, she genuinely loves helping people and being part of a team that makes a difference in the community.

Office Support & Brand Ambassador

Hello, I am David. I’m an admin assistant and brand ambassador for YAY Today. The people in my life describe me as polite and friendly. I enjoy organising and cleaning the office. I also enjoy going out in the community to create social media content. I have fun when attending the classes and activities at YAY Today. Outside of YAY Today, I enjoy physical activities like hiking, writing, and video games.

Youth Worker

Meet Keylla, our dedicated youth worker with two years of experience in the field. She has an expertise in providing guidance and support to young people through individualised support, mentoring and community initiatives. Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, an MBA, and has completed a Certificate Ill in Individual Support and Diploma of Community Services. Keylla is all about showing kindness and helping those in need. Her knowledge and skills make her a great addition to our team. Meet Lucas, our dedicated Youth Worker and program coordinator! With a Bachelor’s in Communication, Certificate III in Individual Support, and a Diploma in Community services, he brings both expertise and lived experience to his role, ensuring our programs are inclusive and impactful for young people. Lucas designs and delivers engaging workshops on personal development, employment skills, and career readiness. As a mentor, coach, and advocate, he empowers youth to build confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. His passion for creating opportunities and fostering growth helps young people unlock their full potential and take meaningful steps toward a brighter future.
