Once we receive your referral, our dedicated customer service team will contact you within 24 hours. We will reach out via email or phone to confirm that we have received your referral and to discuss the next steps. This prompt communication ensures that we can begin addressing your needs and setting up the necessary services as quickly as possible.
Our Step to Employment program, designed specifically for NDIS participants, runs every Thursday and Friday. This program offers comprehensive support and guidance to help participants prepare for the workforce. Through personalised coaching, resume building, interview preparation, and job placement assistance, we aim to equip you with the skills and confidence needed to secure and maintain employment.
At Yay Today, we offer a variety of engaging workshops and day programs tailored to different interests and skill levels. Our offerings include art classes, cooking sessions, hospitality training where participants can learn to make coffee, and creative workshops.
